I hear what your saying Cheshire, but wouldn't I at least have some type of symptom related to candida? I mean I have nothing else except for this coated tongue?

I'm more inclined to believe I'm having trouble breaking down all the animal protein and fat I'm eating in my diet. I eat A LOT of animal protein and fat. Some where between a pound and half of meat a day to nearly two pounds.

Furthermore, most of the people I see on here who are going through candida issues seem to have more problems than just the coated tongue.

I used the Biotene mouth wash last night and this morning. It makes the coating look a little better, but its definitely still there.

I'm going to try to modify my diet, reduce the amount of animal protein/fat I'm eating. Up my fiber intake and supplement with a HCL pill and see what happens. I guess I've got to start trying things and find what works. I'll be also looking into probiotic supplementation and cleansing my liver.
