Here, again, there is no "particular" dosage, and wouldn't be at liberty to give one, if there was. Perhaps this will help. Approximately 7 pounds of our freshly harvested Moringa leaves, will become 1 pound of Moringa leaf powder, when dried and ground. Once the leaves are dehydrated, we remove most of the little "stems" - hard to get them all, with Moringa - and grind the dried leaves into powder. So, if you figure that each average-sized gelatin capsule of Moringa leaf powder contains 7 times that much, in equivalent volume, weight, and nutrition, that should enable you to determine how many of them you wish to take.
