No offense taken, but your sweeping statements are based on ignorance, whether you agree with a vegan diet or not.
The addition of meat is a personal choice.

I only asked you to re-read the websites for the information they contain and the successful results obtained against IBS and other digestive issues, and which you seem to have ignored.

In other words, that way of eating cleans-out the digestive tract of toxins that are the root cause of the inflammation, which the original article sited as the cause of IBS.

The digestive issues mentioned are also successfully and permanently resolved through proper food combining, preceded by a period of water-only-fasting; the latter of which will sterilize the digestive tract leading to the restoration of the digestive powers.
