Almost. I went to the Department Of Licensing web site here in Washington State and downloaded the form at:

http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/UCC/uccforms.html


Then filled it out and sent it back to them with the $23. And in about a week they sent it back with that tracking number in the upper right hand corner and the account number in the top middle area.

Then you can go on line and enter that top middle number in their search engine and you'll see the certification. Then you can print that up, and you're set.

But I wanted to mention a few other things you have to do with this.

First you need to get a Private Mail Box (PMB)for your real self. A PBM#. Not a P.O.box #. Go to for instance a Federal Express office and you can get one. There are other businesses that have PMB's. You have to have a private mail box that's seperate from the governments postal service. That's the address you use for your real self. Then you use the address you already have for the strawman since all it's mail comes there already. You will hardly ever get any mail at your new PMB.

Also when your writting the name or address for the strawman, ALWAYS USE ALL CAPS. And use abbriviations, like WA. instead of Washington. And notice, you can use the zip code for the strawman, 98366, but when your filling out the real person's info, put it in brackets. [98366]

And when you're filling out the real person's info always spell everything out. Washington, not WA. Instead of 888 NE SR 2 STE G PMB 93, Write it out with 888 North East State Route 3 Suite G, Private Mail Box 93. You may have to use a smaller font to get it all in.

And notice the "NONE" box checked in section 1 after it says "UNITED STATES".

And notice at the bottom of the page you check the "BAILEE/BAILOR" box.

And there's actually a second page called the "UCC FIMANCING STATEMENT ADDENDUM" that I didn't show, and actually didn't fill out. But it's better if you do. All you put on that page is the strawman's name in all caps NAME in the 9a area where it says "ORGANIZATION'S NAME".

I'm going to go fill the form the right way, so you can use it as a template and post it, so anyone will know how to do it since it seems some people may be interested in doing it.

Some states may not let you do this. You won't get in trouble. They'll just say, it's the same person so we can't do this for you. Then you just go to that link I gave you for Washington State and do it through them. They'll certify a rock's UCC form just to get some more money.

Then I would put it on line somewhere. I can put it on line for you for free and no one will be able to find it except for the people you give the link to. And then you can file an affidavit of notice at your local courthouse in the public records stating basically, I have this document that you can look at, and if you don't rebutt it within 15 or 30 days, you've agreed to it. ;-) They won't look at it or rebutt it I would bet. They'll just think you're filing an affidavit for something that doesn't matter to the court and will acquiesce to it. It then becomes impossible for them to say it's not true, since you notified them and they did nothing and acquiesced to it.

I know it sounds kind of complicated right now, but basically all you do is get your PMB, get the form, fill it out, send it in and get it certified, then file the affidavit at the courthouse if you have to. The rest is filling out the form properly. I will even write up a affidavit of notice for you if you have to go that route.

My only goal is to get as many people doing this for themselves and shut down the crooks. I believe this is the only way the people can take back America non-violently and legally.
