This looks like it is probably C7 (seventh cervical vertebrae), which typically sticks out. Bending your head/neck forward makes it stick out farther, but it is normal for it to stick out. So if it seems to be more prominent than it has been I would say that it is your posture, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer or at a desk.
