No, I really don't feel the need to fast with water, which certainly would be impractical for the long cleanses I have done! I like both the Master-Cleanse and fresh juices, and my body has been really clear about which it wants!

I plan to do ten days soon, and will start out on the Master-Cleanse and see how it goes. If it doesn't do it for me, I will switch! This summer I did two MCs before I finally got the picture... I needed more support, which juices do give us. I never had a moment of trouble once I started drinking a variety of juices. Not as convenient as the good ole MC, but undeniably tastier!

Liver Flush this weekend, then on to juices!
