Congratulations! I do have a few questions that I hope you won't mind answering. I just began Day One of what I hope will be a 25 fast. I am a female in my mid-thirties, and I have about 55 pounds to lose. I was hoping you could tell me how much weight you lost during your fast, and also I was wondering if and how much you were overweight at the beginning? I hope these questions aren't too personal. I just thought it would help me to figure out how much weight loss is doable on a fast like this.
