You made me think. I realized that my first hope would be for my marriage to get better. But how does one re-kindle a fire? I have never had to cross a bridge like this before.

I think, for my own sanity, my first step would be to change my Gym time to early mornings. Thus, avoiding the source of my immediate disharmony. Then, when my heart, head and my loins have calmed down, I will re-evaluate the situation.
