i just recieved the chinese bitters & GCG from sensible health, im going to read on how to use them and ill start in a couple of days, like you ill do them for a couple of weeks (or maybe 10 days or so) before i go through will flush numero 2..ill make sure to fill you in...more power to you buddy and to everyone here!!
