How can I put this del-cate-ly. If you use creams with too much rose absolut in them on your breasts, you may find a marked decrease in pigmentation in the area that is most highly pigmented. Whether you like that effect or not would be up to you but I would say procede with caution. It is true that rose absolut will decrease scars.
