things like adrenal fatigue are caused by interrelated factors, so seems unlikely to nail one frq to fix. clear the copper is probably a big start. i used to spend months looking for frqs to clear allergies... before I finally got it approaching the problem from that direction would not work, had to fix the issues that led to the allergies. current view for me now is that the body does have the inate healing power, but there are so many blocks in place that it doesn't work. unlike some here on curezone who think that just getting a good diet and water will do it, i think we need to systematically clear all the blockages, clear the metals and toxins, then let the body and guides do their magic.

torn cartlidge, don't know, but I do get that guides can add frqs for this sort of problem if the person points it out to his or her guides.... thankfully that is at least one problem I have not had to deal with, at least not yet.
