Previous to starting the Diflucan I had used Mag supplments but I stopped. I just started back up and things have been a little better.

So people do enemas and also colon cleanses? Is that much necessary?

So I could just do a P & B shake and that is it?

Could you send me links to info on the shakes?

I would appreciate others opinions too on what they have done
