Constipation is best countered with enemas. Plus doing enema (colema - colonics) will accelerate the Bowel Cleanse as you cleanse from both ends.

Do you supplement in magnesium, candida depletes mag. and mag. deficiency will cause constipation.

My favorite is the P & B shake, unlike Oxypowder which generates liquid stool, it is not that drastic and only with P & B did I see candida in my stool.
Dr Shultz products I also find really interesting, but I ve never tried their colon cleanse.
