Absolutely actualhealth,
mainstream has its place as in trauma/emergency and diagnostics and usually excel in these.

I do agree with you totally on your comment...........

Indeed there is much we don't know about emotionally toxic baggage or even resolving it, and this is an area of much value in its remedy as in EFT for example.

Yes, organic and emotional health go hand in hand and where Natural Hygiene encompasses both. I believe quite firmly in the adage "a healthy mind in a healthy body" as a starting point in emotional/mental-wellness.
