Would you tell us how often you fast and the lengths of your latest fasts.

Also do you include meat in your diet. I dont think you ever mention meat.

It appears I wont be able to leave for the desert on Monday. Maybe only one more week. Maybe two weeks. I am really getting antsy to get started. Just hung up with babysitting and family.
