Have you been tested for graves and hashimotos antibodies? It sounds like thyroid eye disease. Although, I've never heard of it affecting only one eye, I suppose it's possible.

You should join Janie's group, she has over 5,000 members (I don't know how many of that number are active) and maybe someone knows whats going on and can recommend a good doctor (once you tell them where you live).
