On page 329 2 messages from Invincible titles Doshas and List of foods.
One message says how to test and the other one what to eat depending on your bodytype.
I read Andreas Moritz book Timeles Secerets for Health and Rejuvenation http://www.ener-chi.com and get all the info from there.

Some foods makes me get brainfog, so try to kind of follow what is good for me. If you are good in kinesiologie you can also to do the testing for food.

My airborn allergies are gone.
Just skip the kiney cleanse for the day too. The same with parasitecleanse and bowelcleanse. I only do liverflushing and Oxypowder bowelcleanse and very once inawhile kidney cleanse. But no parasites.
