You're right, 16 drops of 5% Lugol's = 100 mg Iodine + potassium iodide. But pianocomposer is using 2% Lugol's, so 16 drops = 40 mg. Still, if PC's dropper holds the same as yours (about 16 drops), 4 droppersful would be 160 mg. That'd be a strong taste for sure.
