BRINGS the point that we need to fabricate a bedroom chamber where proper air flow that mimmics the outside air pressures and has a atomizing "mist" that covers the nude body as we sleep, that allows the skin to absorb the best minerals possible....

I believe if I lived in Nature, I would not like the cold cave and odds are, we would get sick in that cold/damp cave.....my bet is we would all seek to live in the trees, up above the predators and that tree would supply the best grounding of the human body..

vitually nothing we put in our mouth and exits within 1-7 days becomes the real true food of the human body......some of the very best have suggested our lypmph glands are our true stomachs, that and the breathairian theory where all true food enters our lungs and lands on our skin.

An herbal/fruit spray, quite possible could be the discovery of the century....but humans are so toxic, few to none will ever survive their own toxicty and can never return back to the original design.
