I've noticed recently, that I'm having emotional releases connected to grief with my mom's death 5 years ago, but I really wasn't physically able to deal with them before. I have no doubt that emotionally hard stress, causes internal physical health problems.

I think we will learn what we need to understand when the time is right. This week has been an interesting week for that taking place. I've been able to put puzzle pieces together for family patterns and what's behind them, in a way I haven't quite gotten before. It's been like little light bulbs going off. I started typing a paper, jotting down what I'm learning as it's coming to me.
