Hello Dr Mom, my little boy turns one this week and I am not breast feeding anymore as my milk gradually decreased when I went back to work. I was using a formula but would like to stop that now. I don't want to give him cow's milk, should I give goats milk or is there a better alternative. Also, what should he be eating to get the right amount of iron, calcium etc.? Thanks, Samantha
