If you're having gastrointestinal problems you may wish to switch to the capsule form of Lugol's, which is supposed to be easier on the stomach.

Don't have time to see who has the better price right now, but you can find Iodoral at these two sites. The first site has a lot of excellent Iodine publications as well...
