Hi Ambler,

After the first 30 day fast i was ready to do the next one after about 4 months but ended up waiting 9 months because i was neck high in work :). After the next 30 day fast i re-fed nutritiously for 2 months before engaging the most recent one. I might have waited a 3rd month, but was feeling strongly drawn. Why the series of long fasts? I am on a quest to achieve the elimination of all toxemia and also to bring further healing to a damaged heart.
