I get the herbs, already measured, from presentmoment.com. They have an 'Andreas Moritz' section on their site.

As for the instructions....the first time I ordered them they said to refer to his book for instructions which I have. The second time I ordered them they included his instructions. Maybe they include them now with each order...not sure.
