Hi, I suffer from very bad muscle aches. Especially in my legs in the hamstring area. The funny thing when my adrenals are feeling better then the ache changes. It becomes a very dry ache and painfull again in the hamstring area. I aften wonder if this could be low vitamin d/ calcium. Anyone got any ideas.
