GREAT work, the mega MC, now all this heavy flushing. Don't forget the power of the ENEMA during a big crisis... I think it is particularly important to flush your colon after a big LG cleanse... Also, how is your digestion? Was it 100% before you started working on your LG? That can make a big difference.
