good luck at work!!! i know it will be tough!!-just stay busy, go for a walk & if anyone ask why you're not eating-maybe try just saying "i'm not hungry right now..I usually don't eat until a little later in the day" you can do it! stay strong!!

I will be starting day 1 again today(Thursday)-or in the morning rather-it's late night for me! I think all the stress finally got to me and i gave into temptation.. hopefully i didn't ruin all my efforts.. but i'm going try to do some exercise in the morning- I just have to start over & continue on! i have 7 fasting days left-till my holiday at the beach! i HAVE to do all of them!!! i'll really need your support on this one.. i'm going to try to not let the pressure of the deadline and nervousness of seeing my old friends get to me.. hopefully tomorrow will go smoothly!! i'll be de-stressing with beautification! haha. but my haircut today looks great! :)
so..workout, skin regimen and water tomorrow! haha :) hope you have a great day!! you can do it!
