It could very well help.  If you don't want to do the heavy duty 5 day flush routine, you could opt for gentler cleanses such as Liver Flush Tea.

The liver is indeed a remarkable organ - it can be damaged/impaired all the way down to 28% of original health and function and still regenerate to 100%.

In addition to cleansing, here are some other things that should help tremendously:
