hello invincible :( !!

i felt better for a coupla days then i had a full day, running around doing some chores and after that i'm feeling really awful now :( had a mild temperature today, alternately runny then stuffy nose, no strength, a lot of coughing... had to stay in bed all day....

after another hot bath and an enema i feel a bit better... but i hve no appetite and not much strength still... was wondering if this might be a good time to do a mini MC? like a 10 day MC?

today i couldnt' eat anything anyway so i was drinking a lot of freshly squeezed oj with extra vit C and it's making me run to the bathroom a lot... i'm already getting the "butt pee" that i used to get when i did a 22 day Master-Cleanse this summer....

your advice is VERY appreciated!! :o)
