4 + 4 but that was after not doing it for a while and i can't tell what stirred things up more. doctrine or SSKI ? or both?
kidneys acted up ages ago when i was really toxic but not for a long time. cpl weeks maybe i've been noticing them more.
things have certainly been different lately.
very tired too.
