Your intestines are plugged up. You've started to soften the junk up, so I would do both the Schulze formulas now. I wouldn't add any more psyllium. Dont start and stop. After a few months you may have to take a rest. I did, then a couple of weeks or so later, start the cleaning again. If you get uncomfortable, then give youself a rest, then continue until it's mostly cleaned out. I mentioned this before. I lowered the dosage of both formulas after a while. Get some kind of cleaning process going for yourself that agrees with you. It will take a lot more cleaning than you think it will right now.

Again, the bile is liver and colon problems.
