I found your post interesting. I also have hypoglycemia and adrenal issues and the two times I've tried to fast for a week ... it wasn't even water, but juice ... it was MISERABLE. That was years ago and I've not tried it again since, but I would love to be able to fast perhaps once a week or even a couple times a month. But when I miss a meal, I get shaky, weak, dizzy and very cranky!

Maybe one day!
