After my second flush, i feel tired and livid. My face is pale, and really for all around me i look without strength. Well i may say i feel so. Despite some pain in the right side, upper arm, i can say that something in me feel better. perhaps not physically, but something is there better. Now my questions are? do i need to flush more to get better? do i need a colonic irrigation as i hear a lot? and in this case can it be after a serial of flushing? and if i feel tired, is it a positive or a negative result of the flush therapy. i know transformation need time, but when do i know that stones, toxins and the rest of it have really left me for good?
