I have poor digestion, confirmed dysbiosis, diverticulosis, weak liver and organs from some pathogen. Alot of times I will just feel exhausted after eating and get carb cravings like crazy even after big meals. I get the muscle aches and joint pains and fatigue to go with brain fog and tiredness sometimes as well.
