Hi Iiolite,
Great advice on the pre-test info! However, you really got my attention with Isocort. You see, I ordered some Adrenal caps that got great reviews on iHerb but got them for about half their price at Swanson.
NutriCology Allergy Research Adrenal Organic Glandular 75 Veg Caps $8.59
Adrenal tissue (bovine) 300 mg.

I hope to receive and start them Tuesday. After reading Dr. David Schlesinger's information on his Isocort, I see the importance of using standardized adrenal glandulars and hope to try his in the near future but I was wondering about a few things. I know you're not an expert but perhaps you have some sort of handle on these things.
I plan to start low and slow with just enough "to provide gentle support while the glands rebuild themselves" but is it akin to starting Thyroid in that it should be increased slowly week by week?
Is the see-saw effect he talks about a real concern? If so, how does one avoid it?
How does one know when to wean themselves off of it?
Can one become dependent upon it making "the glands lazy"?
Thanks again, Iolite!
Paul
