I would add salt. In my case my constipation was caused by overuse of salt. Salt lowers potassium which controls liquids in the colon. If the potassium gets low due to high consumption of salt, colon and stools get dry. But even normal amounts of salt can constipate me so I might have chronical potassium deficiency.
