I think part of the problem is that when you have adrenal issues your bodies ability to maintain its sympathetic/parasympathetic systems is partly screwed up. I used to go into panic attacks whenever i would get too tired which was a huge problem, but it will stop with time. I think all kinds of things can happen with AF that people don't fully understand yet.
