For many people the loose stools don't start until after 9.00 am on the second day. Which is after the 4th glass.

The dose is 1 tablespoon (15g) in 6 fluid ounces (175 mL) of water for each dose. If you don't get loose stools then increase the dose by 1 teaspoon (5g) for each dose up to a maximum of 2 tablespoons (30g). If the stools are too watery then the dose may be decreased a teaspoon (5g) at a time.
