The way you can tell someone who knows what they are talking about and those who don't, concerning urine therapy, is that the ones who don't know what they are talking about, always make the very common and misinformed mistake of calling Urine a waste product, and that it has no benefits.
Your Urine is chockfull of nutrients that are custom made for YOUR body, that your body, for any number of reasons, was too busy to assimilate at the time. It would cost a bloody fortune for Science to duplicate those nutrients, assuming they could, and letting them go to waste is sheer ignorance.
