I suggest you check out the mccombsplan.com. He has a forum on here. Also here are my posts, I've been through exactly the same as you and am still battling it due to a nasty jawbone infection that reignited my candida problem worse than it had ever been right when I was almost cured.

But if there's just one thing I want to say, it's the Candida Force/ SF 722 are really good. I think Oregano oil is too, I'm not too sold on GSE. Also drinking a LOT of water and using the sauna really really help. Everything else is kind of individual and you have to listen to your body.
