Not thinking of food is hard to do in modern society. It's one of the reasons I'm also "fasting" from my TV during my fast, but even driving down the street we're attacked by restaurants that vent their cooking smells and food signs everywhere. You make a good point about the aroma sparking a hunger hormone reaction. So we just endure on!
