Why don't you want to take 7 tablespoons of olive oil? Have you tried it? When taken with the increased amount of garlic and the lovely taste of ginger its not bad at all to drink, compared to Clark method. The only difference is that I did mine with apple juice. Maybe is doesn't taste so good with grapefruit, but still the ginger and garlic should improve the taste.
