Lemon juice in water, Oxy Powder, enema, colonic - these are all good.

Epsom salts is good too so are coffee enemas. You do not ANY type of bulking fiber at this time - you need something that will stimulate your liver to dump bile to help soften the mass.

Abdominal massage might help too - lie on your back and gently massage in circles where the blockage is.
