I have hypothyrodism, adrenal fatigue and iron defiency anemia. I am obese around 240 lbs and 5'7.
I can't do a fast until after September 2nd but was wondering if fasting would "cure" those aliments listed above? How long would I need to fast to get my system back to normal/healthy?
