Thank you for the reply. I have continued and will for a few more days. I have however another issue.... ummmm I have hemorrhoids. I have never had this prior ever even with the pregnancy and birth of my daughter. I don't feel like I ever strain but what do you know one popped out. No pain just grossed out.
