follow it with lime or lemon juice as a chaser, and do it and then lay immeditely on ur right side for the next 20 minutes at least if posssible in the morning (if thats when ur doing it) soo it doesnt just sit in ur stomach and makes the gall bladder flush, lemon juice and especially lime juice will dominate any foul tasting beverage if drank as a chaser,, what i mean as a "chaser" if u dont know is drank immediately following the drink so u dont even get a bad aftertaste,, also the lemon juice will make the flush more effective
