Okay, I am doing Schulze's liver flush. As is my friend. I know you are to "chug" the flush drink...well, today was 3tbsp garlic & 3 tbsp oil...and I puked it up! :-( So did my friend. Do I just drink it slower? Dumb question, but I know that that isn't ideal, either. I am supposed to do FOUR of each tomorrow...! I've done this before, just awhile ago. Must have used smaller cloves and drank it slower. Any advice for getting these nasty oil drinks down? Thanks!
