Wrong nutrient can trigger worsen adrenal fatigue. The recovery period can range for weeks to months. Everyone is different as it depends on a lot of factors including the kind of glandulars etc etc. Glandulars have their place but use should be professionally supervised and titrated according to the state of your condition in order to prevent what happened to you ( which happens to a lot of people).
