Does anyone have any experience with stingray stings?

On Sunday (today is Thursday), I was walking in the water, and
got stung by a small stingray on the top of the foot. It was
pretty painful.

The lifeguards picked me up, and put my foot in hot water.
There was no barb (I kicked as soon as I felt something).

It was pretty painful to walk, and my foot was pretty swelled.
Actually, I limped.

I bought some topical Antibiotic and applied that. Over the past few days, I
also tried applying honey, honey with tumeric, Colloidal Silver .

It's now Thursday. I can put lots of pressure on the foot.
And can bend the toes and ankle much more than I was able to
before. But the foot is still swelled. I especially notice this
around the bone that sticks out from the ankle.

Do you think I should see the doctor about this?
And maybe get some oral Antibiotics .

Or, is the swelling just normal, and will go away after a few more days?
