Well there is an artical about it but i forget by who
they recomend iodine/iodide supplements (havn't found yet but i will post when i do) i started with kelp about 650 mg day or 3 pills 3x dose you see we are really not getting the required amount it is only found in fish sea water or crops grown around sea water. only very minute amounts can be found in our daily diet. it has changed my life Iodine who would of thought???
you know your mother always put the skull and cross bones sticker on the bottle of liquid at home i never thought our bodies would need it .
